Stop Using the Religious Labels - Here's Why

I don't believe there is anything wrong with using the label that identifies you and your relationship with I AM. I want to make that clear out of the gate. I'm not so sure that we can help it honestly. Since the beginning of it all we've been ones to name things, people, places, etc. I believe that's just in us. Because of the authority and dominion to name given to us by the most High, we label people, places, and things no matter how right or wrong we are about it.

As God's family, whether we are Christian, Muslim, Hindu, or whatever you identify as concerning your faith/belief -- we've got to be more intentional about leading the life, embodying the characteristics, and displaying the fruit of who we are and whose we are. We need this today more than ever.

We can wear the tees, buy the coffee mugs, sing the songs, pledge allegiance to the religions, and all of the things; but if we don't truly walk in the way, display the fruit of I AM then what exactly are we truly doing?

May we leave the religious labels behind and may the world know who we are and whose we are, by what we do, what they see, and not just by who we "say" we are.
